EDIT: The link in your reply doesn't work. Can you please help with a direct link where you can help me please? Since updating, I've had an issue with the addtocart event firing for the Pinterest sales channel. I have my add to cart setting as drawer & Pinterest have said they think the issue is with an Ajax add to cart?? Can you help please? It looks like add to cart is a common issue.

Desde su actualización al 11.0 por alguna extraña razón las ventas han caído de forma radical. Hay personas que reportan que no pueden buscar productos, otros que no pueden terminar la compra. Terrible actualización. No trabaja de forma correcta con Iphone (el buscador no funciona y no permite agregar carritos).

A veces, la actualización de un tema puede hacer que algunas aplicaciones también funcionen incorrectamente, si está utilizando alguna actualmente.
Verson 11.0.0 the color setting part is not working. And the Shopify help center that you refer to doesn't help. So I contacted to the agent and gave my email address hope can resolve it. As can see from here a lot of people facing exactly same issues. https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-design/version-11-0-0-dawn-theme/td-p/2177968 Hope they can see this problem and resolve it.
Hello, thanks for sharing this! This error is a known issue that is happening for some stores when upgrading their theme, our developers are working on this but we do have a fix for it. You've already done the right thing by contacting our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA)! They will be able to get your ticket to the Themes Team in order for us to resolve the issue.
We recently migrated from Dawn 3.0 to Dawn 10.0. We don't know exactly what changed in the checkout, but we have seen a very significant decrease of the people that place an order vs Checkout Initiated. No changes in the added to cart or checkouts initiated detected.

There are definitely several factors in a theme (apps, manually added code, edits from the theme editor, etc,) that can have an effect of the shopping journey that your customers experience. Dawn 2.1.0 introduces miscellaneous bug fixes, including a fix for a commonly reported issue where the quality of images decreased when opening the product media modal.
Fixes and improvements
- We fixed an issue with the hover animation duration on the blog template.
- There was an issue with add to cart error messaging that’s now fixed.
- We fixed a commonly reported issue where the quality of images decreased when opening the product media modal.
- You can now display the day in your blog post’s publish date.
- We added a scroll margin for login and recover pages.
