We were excited to use the new 2.0 functions this theme "offers". But we're already losing sales because the theme code isn't written correctly. It doesn't show the variant the customer selected, so our customers are confused and don't buy since the cart doesn't show their selection. Shopify support didn't provide much help. Install this theme with its errors to lose money on your store.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's important for your customers to check out without barriers! Dawn shows the variant option in the cart by default, so it sounds like something is interfering with that. If you have any apps installed, one of them could be hiding the variant options. Slideshows have been removed , Howcome?
Hello, there! Thank you for your question. Slideshows require a lot of code that slows the page loading speed, which was removed from Dawn to prioritize performance. I love it, but I miss the slideshows or the option to have a banner that is more customizable in the width. Hope they can integrate that section soon.
