This theme doesn't even display discounts! What kind of store doesn't do this?? I wish I had known from the beginning and not have wasted my time on developing this. AVOID!!
Hi, Dawn does display discounts on product pages and product cards. You must have a Compare at Price added to your product for the discount to display, click the link to learn more (http://bit.ly/3tyswNo). For automatic discounts, they are meant to be applied at the cart and checkout - you can add messaging that a discount will be applied by using the Announcement bar or a Rich Text section.

Dawn runs flawlessly and fast for basic needs, yet it may fall short for boosting real-world sales. I personalized my site (www.funworld.gr) to get the most from it, but scaling generally calls for a paid theme and extra development. Truly successful sites built solely on Dawn without many developers are rare, though not impossible.

In this new update, the “shipping protection” option, which gave you the option to increase the AOV by a few cents, is no longer available. Why is every update worse ?
Hi, Shipping Protection is not something that is controlled by the theme - as it has no access to the Checkout or shipping process, just everything before that! This would be something within your admin such as an app or possibly the Shipping Insurance offered with Shopify Shipping labels. - Fix issues where when the header section is hidden, some functionalities were broken.
- Update cart errors to be output as a string rather than a HTML element.
- Escape variant option names so that when an option includes quotation marks it doesn’t cause undesired effects.
- Fix placeholder product cards that were not showing a default price and make the check more robust.

- Significant network performance improvements for Quick Add Bulk
- Product media correctly displayed in the Quick Add Bulk modal when a user selects a variant
- Several UX improvements for Quick Add Bulk modal on desktop
