This theme lacks so many customization options that shopify stores have. Customer service is non-existant, the settings are not intuitive nor explanitory, and playing around trying to figure out how to change seamingly easy templating is impossibly frustrating, time consuming, and sometimes worthless since what you want to do isn't even possible. Simple things like centering. Where's the help?
