Basics of theme are missing. Does not have a Rich Text section. Section used does not work can not tinker with it to get it to work.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the theme includes a Flexible Content section with rich-text functionality and additional layout options. We received your support request and review at almost the same time, so our team did not have an opportunity to look into the issue first.
