The theme is easy to use and offers a dynamic platform for you to customize to your liking which is what I'm doing now. I'm glad that I chose this theme and I definitely recommend it!
I have been working with Jonathan on my site for many months and launched this December. I had such amazing support and attention. For instance, multiple times he helped direct me when I had to edit code on my site to works with apps. He also took the time to give some really good recommendations on apps that would help me. I have to say their support service really disappointing. They are not helping much and respond to emails veryyyyy slow. I emailed them 5 days ago and still did not get a response. I am very upset about this.
Not quite sure what could have happened! We have 89 emails back and forth since mid-October, and we even double checked our spam inbox. The last emails we have is from early December. I just sent you an email directly, and CC'd my personal contact to make sure it reaches you. We will get you sorted out and helped!
Wrote to the Theme Help and got support from the Founder - so incredibly helpful! I had a formatting code glitch in my product descriptions, and Jonathan recorded a screen share video of how to fix the issue. Went above and beyond to show me how to fix it! (i avoided hiring a web developer - and learnt a bit of *coding* in the process!!) Fabulous support, thanks so much.
Great support, I had an issue where the microdata of our site was not matching what was being sent to Google Shop and Jonathan helped get it resolved within the same day (in under an hour), making edits to our theme to save us a Google Merchant Center suspension. I greatly appreciate his help, and could not recommend this theme more, for this reason.

Normally we reply to everyone in an hour or two during weekday office hours, and the next day in some rare cases. Looked into it and it seems like your reply and followups were flagged as SPAM by Google Mail. We just send you a detailed reply to help out and my personal email address in case anything doesn't come through. We will get you taken care of!
