We explored many themes, but District from Style Hatch immediately stood out: professional, feature rich, and incredibly easy to customize. When we had questions, Jonathan responded quickly and was exceptionally patient. Outstanding support and a product we truly love. We will definitely consider this theme for future stores.
So, firstly the theme itself is perfect. It looks sleek & allows enough personalisation to fit our brand perfectly. Secondly the customer service is incredible! We've had problems with 3rd party apps allowing bugs on our site causing all sorts of chaos. Jonathan & the team have gone beyond great service to work out these problems even though they have nothing to do with the theme itself.

Have been using District theme for around 18 months. Was able to update from previous theme very easily. Works really well for our products and a lot of flexibility. Very rarely have any issues and when I do support is prompt and helpful. 100% recommend.

Fantastic support! Jonathan went out of his way to help us figure out a problem with our site, which turned out not to do anything with the District Theme, and one that Shopify Support had quickly dismissed and not offered much assistance with. They helped us restore our site and went above & beyond. Have had the District theme since 2019 and never an issue. Totally recommend.
