Have been using District theme for around 18 months. Was able to update from previous theme very easily. Works really well for our products and a lot of flexibility. Very rarely have any issues and when I do support is prompt and helpful. 100% recommend.

Jonathan went out of his way to help us figure out a problem with our site, which turned out not to do anything with the District Theme, and one that Shopify Support had quickly dismissed and not offered much assistance with. They helped us restore our site and went above & beyond. Have had the District theme since 2019 and never an issue. Totally recommend.
