Wrote to the Theme Help and got support from the Founder - so incredibly helpful! I had a formatting code glitch in my product descriptions, and Jonathan recorded a screen share video of how to fix the issue. Went above and beyond to show me how to fix it! (i avoided hiring a web developer - and learnt a bit of *coding* in the process!!) Fabulous support, thanks so much.

Great support, I had an issue where the microdata of our site was not matching what was being sent to Google Shop and Jonathan helped get it resolved within the same day (in under an hour), making edits to our theme to save us a Google Merchant Center suspension. I greatly appreciate his help, and could not recommend this theme more, for this reason.

My issue has been solved, the support is responsive so it's fine. I still wonder how to avoid these situations, but overall I'm happy, thank you.
Normally we reply to everyone in an hour or two during weekday office hours, and the next day in some rare cases. Looked into it and it seems like your reply and followups were flagged as SPAM by Google Mail. We just send you a detailed reply to help out and my personal email address in case anything doesn't come through. We will get you taken care of!
