I’m very disappointed with the district theme and the after care. Please note in our experience district theme does not work on all mobile devises, certain mobile phone models it causes problems. It was still doing it without any customisation. However another theme worked on all mobile phone models. They stopped responding to our emails. We had only one response. We put our trust in there theme.
We’re sorry to hear this. We replied quickly to all emails and followed up via email twice this week but haven’t heard back. We’re confident the issue isn’t theme-related but likely due to the heavy custom code or an app. We’re happy to help troubleshoot further!

Have been using District theme for around 18 months. Was able to update from previous theme very easily. Works really well for our products and a lot of flexibility. Very rarely have any issues and when I do support is prompt and helpful. 100% recommend.

A Big Thank You to Style Hatch I've been using this theme for about four years now and have found it performs exceptionally well. While I have rarely encountered any issues, when I have, Style Hatch has been responsive with not just generic responses, but thoughtful and helpful ones that have genuinely assisted me in resolving any minor corrections. Fantastic support! Jonathan went out of his way to help us figure out a problem with our site, which turned out not to do anything with the District Theme, and one that Shopify Support had quickly dismissed and not offered much assistance with. They helped us restore our site and went above & beyond. Have had the District theme since 2019 and never an issue. Totally recommend.

Minor bug fixes for older browsers and international markets
Fixes and other improvements
- Removed the ES module shims script that Shopify now injects into themes. This fixes overwriting issues that Shopify's undocumented changes caused in older versions of Safari (< 16.3)
- Fix a caching issue with variants when changing international markets
- Fix price range filter formatting for European markets
