Exceptional customer service; truly above and beyond. Always responsive and ready to support. I am far from a coder or a backend developer, but I know I can work confidently developing the store, the team will always be there to support me and help solve whatever problems come my way.
It is user friendly for the most part and on the occasion we do need to change or fix anything we reach out to their help department. That is the best part about the theme for us, as we are not web developers sometimes things can be difficult to navigate. Their help team has always been very useful and efficient, very professional and friendly! :)
My website is stuck, greyed out and can't click any pages, I contacted their support department, they didn't admit it was their problem at first, said it was caused by other external apps. Let me contact the shopify support department, the two departments shirk each other's responsibilities, wasting my time for 2 days, nothing was solved, then I contacted other technical experts, and it was solved
The glitch came from a Shopify App displaying a popup overlay that would not close. This issue was 100% unrelated to our theme District or Shopify, and the App was the only one that could fix the bug on their end. When issues come up with Apps we'll always work hard to find the issue and direct you to the right App's support. Within 24 hours of our first email the App's support had the bug fixed.
Very user-friendly theme, with amazing customer support!

Minor theme improvements and bug fixes.
Fixes and other improvements
- Improve detection of mouse enabled devices using Safari browsers.
- Fixes issue where top level main navigation items were not clickable with certain versions of Safari.
- Added support for aspect-ratio CSS to automatically resize video embeds.
Added
- Using Shop metafields, customers can now add basic CSS (theme.custom_css) and JavaScript (theme.custom_js) snippets to their theme. This is a great way to add custom CSS and JavaScript to your theme without having to edit the theme files directly which disable auto-updates.

Introduces five new commonly requested sections and various fixes and improvements.
Added
- New Section: Text Columns with Images for multiple columns of images, headings, text and buttons.
- New Section: Text Columns with Icons for multiple columns of preset icons, headings, text and buttons.
- New Section: Featured Collection Slider that shows a scrollable collection of products.
- New Section: Testamonials to highlight featured customer feedback and quotes with images, text and star icons.
- New Section: FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) to show tabbed content of commonly asked questions or details.
Changed
- Increase the longest delay for opening the promotional popup from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
Fixes and other improvements
- Improve the appearance of swatch images inside the selection container.
- Search results without an image will now show a placeholder solid color.
- Add padding to the mobile sidebar menu panel for better scrolling.
- Correctly cross out all variants when all variants at the second or third option level are sold out.
- Fix bug in "forgot my password" form an email address would not properly submit.
- Change the JSON+LD structured data from "Thing" to "Brand" for Google's guidelines.
- When adding an item to the cart the cart icon will no longer reset to the default icon.
- Improve the typography handling of rich text areas and the Shopify policy pages.
- Longer storefront filter labels will now wrap to the next line.
- Correctly order the product media when loading a direct variant URL.
