Great support, I had an issue where the microdata of our site was not matching what was being sent to Google Shop and Jonathan helped get it resolved within the same day (in under an hour), making edits to our theme to save us a Google Merchant Center suspension. Normally we reply to everyone in an hour or two during weekday office hours, and the next day in some rare cases. Looked into it and it seems like your reply and followups were flagged as SPAM by Google Mail.
