Exceptional customer service; truly above and beyond. Always responsive and ready to support. I am far from a coder or a backend developer, but I know I can work confidently developing the store, the team will always be there to support me and help solve whatever problems come my way.
It is user friendly for the most part and on the occasion we do need to change or fix anything we reach out to their help department. That is the best part about the theme for us, as we are not web developers sometimes things can be difficult to navigate. Their help team has always been very useful and efficient, very professional and friendly! :)
My website is stuck, greyed out and can't click any pages, I contacted their support department, they didn't admit it was their problem at first, said it was caused by other external apps. Let me contact the shopify support department, the two departments shirk each other's responsibilities, wasting my time for 2 days, nothing was solved, then I contacted other technical experts, and it was solved
The glitch came from a Shopify App displaying a popup overlay that would not close. This issue was 100% unrelated to our theme District or Shopify, and the App was the only one that could fix the bug on their end. When issues come up with Apps we'll always work hard to find the issue and direct you to the right App's support. Within 24 hours of our first email the App's support had the bug fixed.
Very user-friendly theme, with amazing customer support!

- Fix issue with the slideshow playing when multiple slideshow sections are added and one only has a single slide active.

- Fix how variant IDs are added to the URL when a variant is selected
- Remove the checkbox icon next to pickup locations where the product is not available
- Improve iPad touch interactions for opening and closing header navigation
- Improve touch interactions for product cards removing the need to touch the product card twice to go to the product page

Introduce support for Shopify's predictive search, section groups and roll out frequently requested features.
Added
- Predictive search - shows suggested results as you type to help customers refine their search before going to the search page.
- Section groups - Add new grouped sections for the header and footer where it's now possible to add new shop-wide sections and change the order.
- Header icons - Option to turn on menu, search, account cart icons in the header. This is helpful if you want to opt out of showing the Top Bar section to have a single header section.
- Blog - New option to change the number of blog posts shown per page
- Products - New option to show the links to the previous and next products in the collection
Fixes and other improvements
- Article (blog post) images are now show in the search results.
- Fixed styling of sold out swatches when other colors are available.
- Searches without filter results will have the sidebar hidden.
