I had to contact support for a minor change, and they were super responsive. I had the Icon theme before but am loving this Drop theme even more.

Its very slow takes forever to make a change and the colors swatch isn't correct it will brown for pink I wish it was better for the money but it isn't I would say spend or but don't take this one
We are quite surprised to see this review as color swatches weren't mentioned in the conversation with our support team this week. To make those colors accurate to your products some swatch images will need to be created. Our team has sent you an email hoping to find out where you are seeing specific issues as we would be very happy to help you resolve them.

Not only is the theme New and Unique which helps set our brand apart from others, but the support has been incredible compared to other themes I have purchased on Shopify in the past. The ability to time product drops fits our brand very well. If you want the easy to use 2.0 theme editing and support documentation for the perfect website, this is it. Always available when I need assistance.
The main purpose of this release was to fix bugs encountered in theme support and to introduce an additional preset named countdown
The main purpose of this release was to simplify and improve the countdown and launch features now that collection metafields are supported.
