Editions

The Editions theme is great...but the customer support is EXCELLENT!! The developer who helped me (Reid) was quick to respond to my emails, always fixed my issues and on top of it all, was really nice! :-) As for the theme, it is clean, simple and easy to use! Really highlights my products...which I love. Would recommend any of their themes for the customer service alone.

The Editions theme is really easy and intuitive to use - with some really fantastic features. What really sets this product apart for me though is the after care/service. The support team have been incredibly responsive, really knowledgeable and helpful. Brilliant, Brilliant Brilliant.

The developer who helped me with some editing issues, Robert has been so helpful and nothing has been a problem. The response time was so quick. First of all, I am very new to running an online store/website, and this theme has been very easy for me to customize. Everything looks so clean, professional, and easy on the eyes. But the part I love the most about this theme is the incredible support provided by Pixel Union. Thank you to Reid who helped me! I will always use a Pixel Union theme in the future.
