Editing my previous review to say despite 10+ emails, several Instagram DMs, calling their listed number, which leads to a pharma supply company, costing me thousands in lost $, its been 8+ months and I still have yet to receive any response whatsoever. The themes may look nice, but if you have issues, it doesn’t seem likely you’ll get a fix. And considering it’s not a free theme, this is fraud.

I should have heaved the warnings of the reviews with this theme and the developers! Horrible customer service! Both Shopify and myself have tried to contact the developers for months for assistance with many issues regarding my Effortless theme and platform. Shopify needs to investigate the reliability of this company if they are gone to continue to have people pay expensive for poor service.

Most unprofessional and non-responsive team they have. There have been several issues since they updated the theme to 4.0. Codes are broken and many features do not work properly. I have been raising requests but they don't bother to reply for several weeks. Do not opt for this theme. It seems like this is fraudulent company. Worst experience. Shopify should terminate them from the store.

I am not happy at all with that Theme. Problems all over for me with technical SEO, scrolling, bugs etc.
