I had requested a support on last Friday, no response. Then Tuesday a reminder same & Yesterday another message. Theme has lot of glitch issues coming and we published once and then had to unpublish same because of the issues. They need to fix it. Mega menu also doesn't work. Need help
Customization is limited, e.g. you can't change the font color in the header, among other things. Filters and sidebar menus rarely work live, even though they work perfect in the theme editor. I've opened 2 tickets, emailed MPS support, asked multiple times for follow-ups and statuses, receiving no follow-up communication at all after 2 weeks. My business is at a standstill. Choose another theme.
As per our Theme Support Policy, Marketplace Solutions supports all bug fixes and answers any merchant technical questions regarding our theme within two business days. PLEASE EXPLAIN I have emailed this company for help for 5 days in a row and no replies from anyone. No customer service here I would spend my money else where.
