I really like this theme and they have great support staff. They do take a day to get back to your emails but I think that could be due to the time difference. The support I have received from Diana has truly been nothing short of amazing! She has always fixed my issues with no questions asked. These issues were not bugs but truly a lack of knowledge on my part!!

When I downloaded this theme I experienced a lot of bugs. However, Diana and Lukas did an amazing job to resolve all of the issues I pointed out. Now everything seems to be working perfectly. I think the Effortless theme is a great theme with lots of functionality, it's also great to have the support that will resolve any issues. I will use this theme more and hopefully be more than neutral.

This theme is horrible. Customization is far less than a free Shopify theme. SEO is awful, missing things like H1 tags. Pages will be riddled with bugs, ie, images loading over text in cart drop down menu. Customer support are very slow to respond, 2 days average wait. No refunds allowed. Seems they rely on people with little to know understanding to buy their theme like I was initially.
