Effortless

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Came out of the box with a massive bug, and no support from their team. It's a shame because it looks good and a missed opportunity on their part.

Great theme with a nice design

The support team is very slow. It takes multiple days to hear back and often they respond with just a question and no solution. Several issues have taken me weeks to resolve. Totally unacceptable. Making things worse, because they are so unresponsive, I typically come up with a workaround, only to have that workaround broken when they make changes on the back-end for the original issue I sent.

I had requested a support on last Friday, no response. Then Tuesday a reminder same & Yesterday another message. Theme has lot of glitch issues coming and we published once and then had to unpublish same because of the issues. They need to fix it. Mega menu also doesn't work. Need help
