Absolutely horrendous experience with this theme and this company. Had issues with glitches out of the box. Reached out for a work around They took days reply that they had received my message and were "working on it," but with no solutions. Granted them access nigh immediately when they asked for it three days later, and after another three days I could see they never accessed it.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Came out of the box with a massive bug, and no support from their team. It's a shame because it looks good and a missed opportunity on their part.

Great theme with a nice design

The support team is very slow. It takes multiple days to hear back and often they respond with just a question and no solution. Several issues have taken me weeks to resolve. Totally unacceptable. Making things worse, because they are so unresponsive, I typically come up with a workaround, only to have that workaround broken when they make changes on the back-end for the original issue I sent.
