Theme is great but the support is even better. Used the support multiple times and they've solved my issue every time - the guys know their stuff.

Empire is a great, high-performing theme with a clean, professional look. It handles our large catalog well and is easy to customize. Pixel Union’s support has been outstanding—Corey went above and beyond to help us improve our menu readability. Highly recommend!

I reached out to support about the issues and never got a real response or fix. At this point it feels like the bugs are just being ignored. When you’re paying for a premium theme, you expect the developer to at least acknowledge the problem and give some kind of ETA or workaround.

After updating the theme using Shopify’s built-in update tool, many bugs appeared. Support refused to help and insisted I must use their paid Theme Updater app, which was never clearly disclosed. This creates hidden extra costs and poor maintenance experience. Not recommended.

The Empire theme is great! There's a ton of flexibility, custom sections and blocks, which make it easy to make a great looking theme just the way you want it.
