This theme has served our customers and our company very well for the years we've used it. Theme support is fantastic - very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. This is critical when urgent fixes or customization requests come up. We'd recommend this to anyone looking for an easy-to-use, comprehensive, well-supported theme in Shopify.
I am not happy with the theme because of the bugs. It's a major errors for a theme they released version 11.1.3. here is the screenshot of the errors https://prnt.sc/qK5U3Ag-bmUZ Pls don't buy this theme. Very frustrating.

Absolutely love this Theme. I've used it on a couple of client sites and will definitely add some more. Not the cheapest, but still really good and solid. Their support is excellent too. Shout out to Byanca who helped me through an issue that had nothing to do with them or their theme in the end, but didn't stop them offering help.

Empire theme has been a fantastic addition to our store, offering great design and functionality.
I've only been using this for a few months but it seems to do everything that I needed. I needed some help with a simple line of code and they were able to help me with that as well.
I upgraded to the Empire theme from Dawn. I was apprehensive due to the cost, I didn't see much value, but eventually did to have a website that was much more engaging to increase sales. I am glad I did, I love the theme. Not to mentioned, the support (when I ran into issues with an app messing up the code, no fault of the Empire theme) was outstanding and quick. I would recommend this theme.
We've been using Empire for nearly 2 years so far and it's been great so far. Every time we needed help we reached out for support and were answered in a timely fashion. Despite a few missing features we wished we had, it is a very intuitive and easy to navigate theme, and we were able to get the missing features we wanted through apps.
