Using over 2 years. Now it seems this theme is having atleast 1 big bug! Customers are NOT able to use the website on mobile phone, continu flickering big time. What gives a HUGE impact on our business and sales in a negative way obviously. Support does NOT provide correct support. We dont trust this theme, so we want money back or atleast a diffrent theme to use. They do NOT agree. DONT BUY!

We have been using Empire for around 3 years and I want whoever is reading this to really take my review into consideration before purchasing. We have over 15k products and Empire was a good choice for us 3 years ago but Pixel Union has failed to update the theme to stay with evolving times. All the stock features that come with the theme are pretty much irrelevant. Look elsewhere.

I was recommended to use the empire theme through my online course. At first, I was reluctant to buy it because it costs relatively expensive to my financial condition. However, I'm satisfied I have chosen this theme since the UI and performance are good. On top of that, the pixelunion team is super helpful and fast in case question emerges. Hope this quality will remain.

Theme is great but the support is even better. Used the support multiple times and they've solved my issue every time - the guys know their stuff.
