Jinx'em Scents
I reached out to support about the issues and never got a real response or fix. At this point it feels like the bugs are just being ignored. When you’re paying for a premium theme, you expect the developer to at least acknowledge the problem and give some kind of ETA or workaround.
24/7 Shop At Home
After updating the theme using Shopify’s built-in update tool, many bugs appeared. Support refused to help and insisted I must use their paid Theme Updater app, which was never clearly disclosed. This creates hidden extra costs and poor maintenance experience. Not recommended.
