Empire was my first step out of the "free" template tier. The really interesting thing about Empire, to me, is the flexibility of the sections and how you are able to make it do what you need. When you need support, Pixel Union has always stepped up and helped out. My tech, Phoebe, is outstanding! Thanks for all the help!
The support from the theme developers is always top notch. They're always super efficient at getting back to me and sorting out any issues I might have. A big thanks to Euwi and Danielle who've helped me in the past! Keep it up guys:)
The theme is great for working with very large catalogs, and the support is simply magical – very fast and spot-on responses.
A bit many consistency errors in width, padding and such. Not as expected for the price..

We chose Empire theme for its good looks and plentiful features. It's easy to use and it has plenty of settings to customise your store and make it look great. We needed Support for a couple of minor layout adjustments. They were very helpful (and patient with us, we are new to Shopify) and had the fixes for us within a few hours. We are very pleased with Empire theme!

I've been using this theme for over 3 years, and over the last month, some serious issues have occurred. Let's see if support can resolve them.
Using over 2 years. Now it seems this theme is having atleast 1 big bug! Customers are NOT able to use the website on mobile phone, continu flickering big time. What gives a HUGE impact on our business and sales in a negative way obviously. Support does NOT provide correct support. We dont trust this theme, so we want money back or atleast a diffrent theme to use. They do NOT agree. DONT BUY!
