Expected more from this purchase but it appears we should have bought a theme from a better developer.

Tolles Theme mit sehr guter Performance und klarer Struktur. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Support: Das Pixel-Union-Team reagiert extrem schnell, analysiert Probleme präzise und gibt sofort umsetzbare Lösungen an die Hand . Man merkt, dass der Support professionell organisiert ist und genau weiß, wovon er spricht. Klare Empfehlung für das Empire Theme!

The technical support is fast and very good!

Five stars for the technical support alone! The Empire theme is great, but the customer service team is even greater. They are super responsive and helped me resolve my issues quickly. If you're looking for a theme with reliable backup, this is the one

The theme is fine, but I'm not overly satisfied with their customer support. If you run into any issues, they ask you to contact one of their very expensive partners. If you have your own developers, that's fine, but if you ask for anything, be prepared to open your wallet. Now I work with external developers.

I have been using the Empire theme for over 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier with it! It works brilliantly for my gift store, and the customer service is second to none. Most recently, I had a major panic as coding from a seperate app had wiped half my site. Glenn helped me immediately and managed to completely fix everything within an hour, I can't thank him enough! 10/10 best theme ever!

Empire was my first step out of the "free" template tier. The really interesting thing about Empire, to me, is the flexibility of the sections and how you are able to make it do what you need.
