Empire

The team here is super supportive and there themes work great.. highly recommend!!

Great Theme. Easy to use and working with this for years now i recommand!

I had a bot issue. The customer service responded and provided solutions. A design is beautiful and easy to use.

Really great theme - easy to use and also great support and service.

Expected more from this purchase but it appears we should have bought a theme from a better developer.

The technical support is fast and very good!

Five stars for the technical support alone! The Empire theme is great, but the customer service team is even greater. They are super responsive and helped me resolve my issues quickly. If you're looking for a theme with reliable backup, this is the one

The theme is fine, but I'm not overly satisfied with their customer support. If you run into any issues, they ask you to contact one of their very expensive partners. If you have your own developers, that's fine, but if you ask for anything, be prepared to open your wallet. Now I work with external developers.

I have been using the Empire theme for over 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier with it! It works brilliantly for my gift store, and the customer service is second to none. Most recently, I had a major panic as coding from a seperate app had wiped half my site. Glenn helped me immediately and managed to completely fix everything within an hour, I can't thank him enough! 10/10 best theme ever!
