We've been using Empire for nearly 2 years so far and it's been great so far. Every time we needed help we reached out for support and were answered in a timely fashion. Despite a few missing features we wished we had, it is a very intuitive and easy to navigate theme, and we were able to get the missing features we wanted through apps.

1. When you send support a request, no matter what day, time, holiday or not, monday or thursday, they will ALWAYS tell you they are experiencing "higher than usual demand". 2. Unless the response is coming from Miles, then its most likely going to be dismissive and severely under delivering. 3. I take the time to send them loom videos, to provide as much detail as possible, so its frustrating

Empire 9.0.0 introduces Section groups, updates to the Predictive search feature, and a new theme setting to show the "Continue shopping" button on the product compare page, as well as several bug fixes.
We've added support for image focal points, addressed several accessibility errors, and renamed "Recommended products" to "Related products".
We've updated the quantity selector to use a text input instead of a dropdown, added a new 'Request Quote' block to the product page and added the ability to add to cart from the order page. We have also added the new Depot theme preset.
