I have been using the Enterprise theme for six months now. The theme looks great, has a lot of features, and pages load fast. Recently I changed something that I could not figure out how to fix. I contacted tech support and Mitch replied with a video on how to fix it. Mitch took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and how to fix it. Thank you Mitch!

Update: The support team is great. They provide effective solution. After paying the theme, I never received a reply for support. I have tried to contact for multiple times, but with no luck. If you're considering getting any themes from this developer, suggest you consider twice and find another one. We have used Focal before and the support's responses are fast. Disappoint!!!

Good theme overall thanks for the support

I liked this theme the most. I’ve used it for my store and had a great experience overall. When I encountered an issue (which wasn’t related to the theme itself), I contacted clean canvas and was helped by David. He quickly identified the cause, explained it clearly, and guided me through the solution. His support went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.
