A powerful, well-built theme with plenty of customization options that fit our shop perfectly. Special thanks to the support team, who responded quickly and solved our issue with clear, hands-on guidance.

One of the worst themes I have used on Shopify. It is ridiculous that you cannot get a refund on themes. I would have immediately returned Enterprise. I would not recommend it if you want a modern theme. Rather spend the $400 on Impact. In my opinion, Enterprise is not even worth $150.

The customer service staff are very friendly and always provide a lot of help, but their response time is sometimes a bit slow.

The support team is very helpful and prompt with responses. Not to mention sleek and easy-to-use AI support features and documentation that were actually helpful in the lead up to contacting the team. Euwi helped me with a small update and went above and beyond! I would recommend working with this team.

I've been in touch with support whilst I worked on setting up my new website and optimising its performance over the past few months. The team has always been very helpful in addressing my issues.
