This team is very poor giving you a good service. i have asked a lot of question to this theme developer but they aren't providing me a good solution. 7th feb 2025 I asked the developer some questions about the product review. I am really shocked to hear the theme developer's answer. The developer told me next to service because I reviewed his theme 1 star. NOTE : DON'T INSTALL THE THEME!

We're happy to help, but fairness matters. Before even hearing from our support, you threatened a negative review. Despite this, we thoroughly answered your questions and provided a video proving the issue was NOT related to our theme. We also followed up multiple times without a response. While we can't be held accountable for external issues, our door remains open if you still need help.

Very Important Pets
This theme is a major upgrade from my previous theme, which was slow, had 8-day customer support, and was full of bloated code. Enterprise has all the features you need and the support to go with it. One thing missing from this great them its an option to make customers choose an option from variants, otherwise they see the option "unavailable" (This has now been addressed and the theme has beeen updated all now sorted :0)

Hi Laserworksuk, thanks for your review. Good news, this feature is coming in the next version. You'll have a setting to allow the product page to have no particular variant preselected, so your customers can start their buying journey by picking whichever variant is right for them.

Our resources are focused on the supply, maintenance and updating of our themes and cannot offer customisation services. For this reason we have to recommend customisation services for such cases. Great theme but after months of informing them about a menu breaking bug they have done no maintenance to this theme. EDIT: A new update has now been done and issues have been resolved.

We have not shipped yet as we are also including a host of great new enhancements with the next release [as we want to minimise the impact of updates]. The development is complete & is in rigorous testing phase now. This release will be out shortly and expect a lot of great additions!!!

Very nice feel, if you customize it right then customers will feel comfortable and welcomed. Also there’s a lot going on in the homepage to keep customers on their feet while their browsing for items, so make sure to add a lot of different “things” on the homepage. Customer service was also VERY helpful, I contacted support and the resolved my issue within 3 days.
