They said the latest version has bugs, but offered no fix, no timeline for a fix, no refund, and no real support whatsoever.

the theme has a background video issue which i reached out to the support and they sent me a collaborator permission request to check it out, but i once i double checked the permissions they’ve requested they basically tried to be sneaky and ticked everything including every sensitive permissions and info of my store to get control of everything .... be very careful, overall Untrustworthy

A powerful, well-built theme with plenty of customization options that fit our shop perfectly. Special thanks to the support team, who responded quickly and solved our issue with clear, hands-on guidance.

One of the worst themes I have used on Shopify. It is ridiculous that you cannot get a refund on themes. I would have immediately returned Enterprise. I would not recommend it if you want a modern theme. Rather spend the $400 on Impact. In my opinion, Enterprise is not even worth $150.

The customer service staff are very friendly and always provide a lot of help, but their response time is sometimes a bit slow.

The support team is very helpful and prompt with responses. Not to mention sleek and easy-to-use AI support features and documentation that were actually helpful in the lead up to contacting the team. Euwi helped me with a small update and went above and beyond! I would recommend working with this team.
