After paying the theme, I never received a reply for support. I have tried to contact for multiple times, but with no luck. If you're considering getting any themes from this developer, suggest you consider twice and find another one. We have used Focal before and the support's responses are fast. Disappoint!!!

We can see that you have used 'VBKG' rather than 'VBGK' in your email address and so it is likely that all the emails were unable to be received because of this error in your email that you sent to us. This is a great theme with great support. The documentation is solid. I recently had a great experience with the support team. I would recommend this them for ANY store that has a large inventory.
