I have been using the Enterprise theme for six months now. The theme looks great, has a lot of features, and pages load fast. Recently I changed something that I could not figure out how to fix. I contacted tech support and Mitch replied with a video on how to fix it. Mitch took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and how to fix it. Thank you Mitch!
After paying the theme, I never received a reply for support. I have tried to contact for multiple times, but with no luck. If you're considering getting any themes from this developer, suggest you consider twice and find another one. We have used Focal before and the support's responses are fast. Disappoint!!!
