Envy

We relaunched our site with the Envy theme (from the Dawn them) recently and LOVE the functionality and customization of the theme. The EightThemes support team (especially Dale) have been excellent. They always reply within 24 hours (time differences) and are super helpful. If you are looking to improve your site I would definitely suggest working with this team.

I submitted a support request regarding an update of the theme from an older version to the latest one. The support team replied promptly, in a friendly and very professional manner, which meant I was able to carry out the update easily and reliably. Now it’s time to focus on content management, and I’m very keen to see how that goes.

Im having serious issues with the theme in the middle of an important ad campaign. Store is lagging and doesn't load it at all.

The Envy Theme has been great and Eight Themes has been great to work with - They are responsive and effective at fixing any issues + answering questions. I had a web designer initially set up my site and teach me how to add collections,etc. Since then it has been easy to run by myself!

After I updated the ENVY version in 2026 , I encountered serious layout problems: the title size was incorrect, and some paragraphs and images were missing.

Works Great, Service is outstanding. I had an issue with an update I did on a Saturday (Probably my own doing) and Support had it fixed by Monday morning.

The support team does not exist. They do not reply to my e-mails, their support page doesn't even load. And many features such as payments do not work properly and there is nobody to help you solve any issues.
