Envy

The Envy Theme has been great and Eight Themes has been great to work with - They are responsive and effective at fixing any issues + answering questions. I had a web designer initially set up my site and teach me how to add collections,etc. Since then it has been easy to run by myself!

Amazing theme and loved the support by the Eight Themes team; Dale was super helpful and resolved our query.

After I updated the ENVY version in 2026 , I encountered serious layout problems: the title size was incorrect, and some paragraphs and images were missing.

Works Great, Service is outstanding. I had an issue with an update I did on a Saturday (Probably my own doing) and Support had it fixed by Monday morning.

The support team does not exist. They do not reply to my e-mails, their support page doesn't even load. And many features such as payments do not work properly and there is nobody to help you solve any issues.

Super happy with this theme. Denis from Eight Themes has been amazingly helpful in assiting us at all times when working our website. Clear, helpful support and always very friendly and rapid! Brilliant customer service, couldn't fault it! Very pleased - thank you!

This theme is highly customizable and flexible for most storefronts. Eight Themes support is top notch, and I highly recommend them. A+
