We have only had the Erickson Theme a couple of months now and it is doing everything we need it to do, We can't speak highly enough of Koding Themes/Whiley Mai, since contacting them we have had nothing but the best support. The Erickson Theme is easy to navigate but if there is something I can't achieve I just contact support and they are onto it straight away for me. Highly Recommend!
A very restrictive theme that can't be customised natively easily, (not many options, you have to do EVERYTHING using CSS) + the filtering and sorting option is broken, even on the demo shop ... I contacted the support but never received a reply.... so if you are reading this review : just choose another theme, this one isn't worth the $180 at all !
hello, I asked for help to get two rows in the collection/all section and nobody culd help, even they tried to charge me 80 dollars for a change even when I paid 180 for the whole theme
We love the Erickson theme. You can see for yourself the clean elegant design, but worth watching the Whiley Mai (theme creator) video on Erickson to pick up all the other niceties such as up selling products on the cart, etc. Very easy to turn modules on or off, so you can change the look of your website very quickly. Unbelievably good, fast back up from Whiley Mai! 10/10
In this release of Erickson 7.6.0, we have improved page widths for different screen sizes and unified spacing of content with gaps for a cleaner user experience. We have also updated the Testimonial section to now operate as a carousel, when 4 or more blocks are added. We have also improved the collection header layout and fixed the visibility of the unit price for product cards with variants. We have also added some new sections to give merchants more flexibility when adding content to their store and have also changed 2the names of 2 presets.
In this release of Erickson 7.5.0, we have replaced depreciated fonts, added support for extra product line item properties for personalisation to be passed to the cart and also added a gift wrapping block to the product page. We have also made some minor design improvements.
In this release of Erickson 7.4.0, we have added the send_on attribute to the gift card recipient form for gift card products, improved the structured data for rich snippet results, optimised the loading of stylesheets and changed the theme author, documentation and support links from Whiley Mai to Koding Themes, our new website dedicated to themes support. For older versions of Erickson, you can continue to contact us at Whiley Mai.
