Firstly - I love this theme. It is the most user-friendly one that I have tried. Much more intuitive than the other ones I have used. Secondly - the customer service is absolutely amazing. I have bombarded the developers with questions. I get a response pretty much immediately, and every request is resolved super fast. A branding company recommended Eurus to me - so glad I took their advice!

5 stars for the Eurus theme and the BSS support team! While the theme itself is feature-rich and very responsive, their support for customization is what really impressed me.As someone who isn't a coder, I needed help adjusting the menu and layout or font display]. The technical team was excellent. They understood my request immediately and provided a quick fix. They make you feel valued.

Eurus is one of the best Shopify themes we’ve used. It offers a clean, modern design, strong performance, and many built in features. The support team is excellent, very fast, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommended for any brand looking for a premium and conversion focused store.
