I honestly cannot speak highly Aiden and Truong Xuan Chieu, they have been superstars in organising some very specific and complex changes to meet my specific use case. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and I have always had quick and detailed responses to my questions and requests. I trusted the reviews and bought this theme, however I am deeply disappointed. We have problems with ALL the prices and variants. My team and I have placed multiple tickets and have not received any help whatsoever. We have tried calling but their customer service has not answered us or provided any help. I hope someone can reach out to solve this soon, or we will be asking for a full refund.
