Theme support was quick and responsive when trialing the theme BEFORE we bought the theme. Purchased the theme and uncovered a number of issues some more crucial as it affects how the mobile cart loads and works. The buttons and swatches setting on the product pages do not work when live. We are using the drop down menu only by default. No response - disputing this with our credit card.

3.5/5. The theme is very clean and basic—no fancy features, but it works well for a large catalog (19k SKUs). Customer service wasn’t very helpful. They said they couldn’t assist, even though a code on their support page worked. They tend to outsource to Storetasker, and even simple help was called a “one-time courtesy.” Not the best experience after spending CAD 624.

We've been using the Expanse theme for years. It's easy to use, highly customisable, displays well on mobile and plays nicely with third-party apps and plugins. Support (though rarely needed) has been prompt, polite and effective. 5 stars!
