Enjoying the theme and our recent relaunches with a refreshed look were successful. Appreciate the 9.0.0 updates. Support was absolutely fantastic for a couple of small challenges we experienced - fast and helpful.

Theme support was quick and responsive when trialing the theme BEFORE we bought the theme. Purchased the theme and uncovered a number of issues some more crucial as it affects how the mobile cart loads and works. The buttons and swatches setting on the product pages do not work when live. We are using the drop down menu only by default. No response - disputing this with our credit card.

3.5/5. The theme is very clean and basic—no fancy features, but it works well for a large catalog (19k SKUs). Customer service wasn’t very helpful. They said they couldn’t assist, even though a code on their support page worked. They tend to outsource to Storetasker, and even simple help was called a “one-time courtesy.” Not the best experience after spending CAD 624.
