I'm don't have a lot of experience comparing themes but Expanse does what I need it to. More importantly, when I run into an issue or have a question, the support team (thank you Phoebe) always gets back to me and helps.
Expanse v5 comes with big performance wins, bug fixes, and a lot of other goodies under the hood! We’ve prioritized performance in this update and have made significant progress in reducing page load time. For instance, we’ve improved our Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) score by 1.63 seconds in the Expanse demo store. Behind the scenes, we’ve restructured the underlying architecture with Liquid Theme Components, bringing a number of developer experience improvements, better conventions and more modular code, as well as easier theme updates going forward.
