We love this theme - but I really love the customer service! I had a question on a feature and Kim was very responsive. She answered me promptly and was able to take care of the change we wanted to make. I appreciate it when customer service provides great service and saves me time fixing my issues/questions. Thank you!!
The functionality and technical support of this theme is pretty poor. The theme display issues I'm having issues with none of them getting a valid ending.
Good quality theme and great support.
Edit: developer refused to help unless I write a positive review so here is is my neutral review because developer hasnt helped yet
