I switched from a free theme to Expanse 2.0 because it has a clean, modern look with a lot of customisation and features I need, like colour swatches and product page styles, plus a bunch of nice extras I love (e.g. checkout pop-up; great search engine with pic previews). One of my products has 96 colour variants; it nearly broke my previous theme but I was able to make it look great in Expanse!
Amazing eCommerce features and a very helpful support team!
The email popup doesn't work if the email address is already in Shopify. It resets when they hit submit and shows up again 15 seconds later. Terrible customer experience. I've been trying to get this fixed since November.

Of course the beauty of the design. I think it's a theme that makes it easy to create LPs by genre and category, and to organize the content. Our site had an issue where the top page slideshow was slow to load due to interference from Shopify's third-party apps, but the support staff quickly resolved the issue. I also like the support system.
