After using the theme for almost a year and being very happy with it we just had to contact the support for the first time. We had a problem with the positioning of HTML content and images. They got back to us very quickly and solved the issue immediately. We had an error in our HTML, the support team spotted it and solved our prblem by doing so. Very happy with the theme and the support.
The theme is great and offers many possibilities. I wanted to make a change and needed support for this. It was excellent. Glenn helped me immediately and patiently until my request was fulfilled. I am very satisfied and say thank you again.
Expanse is a beautiful and highly customizable theme that I've very much enjoyed using. Upon upgrading it, however, I ran into a few issues and the support team, specifically Glenn, was so incredibly helpful and stuck with me until my issues were resolved. I honestly didn't expect such attention and now consider myself a loyal customer.
The "Expanse Theme" is a clean and easy to use theme that offers a lot of flexibility in terms of customization. We were able to relaunch the website within a few days and keep working on the site, fine-tuning the interface and functions. However, we did encounter some issues on the way requiring support.
