This theme was the best fit for my store. Lots of flexibility in the theme and when I needed some tweaks or adjustments Richard always responded to an email request the same day and coded within hours. I don't write reviews very often but I felt compelled to because their service and support is off the charts. Ten out of ten stars.
I love the theme. Not Underground Media. Been in contact with them for 4 months. They either ignore emails or answer one of several questions. Each email starts as a new query so you start over.Eventually they have told us 2 of the queries require payment and we need to book in. We emailed to go ahead. Again nothing. 2 more wks of chasing. Nothing. Then told we are not a priority. Shocking.
*****FANTASTIC***** If I could give 100 stars I would. I absolutely love Undergrounds theme, Fashionopolism. I chose Galleria as a preset and LOVE IT! Undergrounds support is incredible, they really worked hard to help me with everything and went above and beyond. I searched for 12+ mnths for the perfect theme, and have had nothing but positive feedback since launching. www.tiffanylabelle.com
The theme is beautiful but the support is out of this world. They went above and beyond to help with the changes. This is one of those few times when I am completely blown by the professionalism and high level of service provided by any company. Highly recommended.
Really happy with this theme and the support. The theme looks really sharp and Lynsey and Richard provided really fast service and were really helpful.
Great theme features. Easy to use. Excellent support team. I would recommend this theme to shopify users.
We are currently using the Fashionopolism theme on 3 of our Shopify stores. WeddingCandles.com AdvertisingCandles.com Velasparabodas.com Obviously, we love it! It has great interaction with social, easy to use, and many customizable features to help you make your website exactly how you want it. We have gotten outstanding customer support from Richard and the Underground Media team!
I love this theme, it was easy to set up and it has a lot of features. I'm not very experienced and have had my issues but every time I have a question I email Underground support and I can say enough about it. Richard has been very helpful and responsive and has been able to help me with a pleasant attitude. I will definitely recommend not only this theme but Underground in general.
WOW! We spent 3 weeks reviewing other themes and found some had good features but were falling short in other areas. Then we found the EPIC theme. It has everything we need plus more. The layout and the theme customisation are exceptional. We wanted a small change and Richard from the Underground Media fixed it up overnight for us. Happy to recommend this theme and company. Fantanstic!!!
A great theme! Richard at Underground Media was extremely helpful and fast about working out some minor details! Thanks for a beautiful website!
