I just switched from another theme and am soooo glad I did. The theme fits perfectly with my brand and looks awesome. Fortunately it's not just the design that's awesome, but also the support. Richard responded to my email ASAP...getting support that fast is rare, so definitely a big kudos to Underground.
I rarely go to the trouble of writing good/bad reviews for anyone....way too busy for that. But I simply have to say what an outstanding customer service experience I have enjoyed with Richard Bairstow of Underground Media. He is very patient, explains things clearly and ALWAYS responds promptly which is comforting as I am in Australia the other side of the world.
This s an awesome theme, awesome features but best of all and perhaps the most important for me is the amazing support. I cant thank the Underground team enough for their lightning fast response, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My new site with new theme will be launching next week and I cant wait.

Easily the best investment I've made in my business. The design is smart & stylish & the theme is far easier to use than any other theme I've tried on Shopify/other sites. The support the developer (underground media) provides is incomparable & extends way beyond expectations & what you pay for. Super fast, helpful & thorough responses. Changed to Shopify from another cart system. Building the shop was easy, with only a little help from Shopify Builders. The theme is flexibel. Richard from Underground Media was super helpful. The support is second to none. They have resolved issues instantaneously and enhance the theme with custom code to make it suit our customers needs. These guys and gals are awesome. Highly recommend!

The theme is comprehensive, the design is excellent giving a lot of room to show the products as well as giving many options for homepage and product pages. The developer (undergound media) provides excellent support and will never let you down. I also recommend checking the Vantage theme from the same developer. Highly recommended
