I have had this theme for a few years now and just updated to a new version. I like the appearance of it and any questions I have no matter how basic the support team answer quickly and efficiently.
I have used this theme for several years and it was fine. But the true test of a company is how they act when things go wrong or in the case of this theme, go glitchy. Connecting to them in the app store is not working and no one is replying to my emails. So in the busiest shopping time of the year, my customers can't click through product photos. Yippee! Very disappointed.
Who were you reaching out to for support? We received one email from you today (6th December) that was replied to within minutes of receipt and have no other prior emails from you. Always happy to help out anyone who requires theme support but we have only ever seen the 1 message
