The theme has great potential, depending on your niche. However the most important thing of this theme is the customer service. Mr Connor literally solved any issue that I faced during my journey to complete my website. One of the top customer service experience that I had as a client in general. We love this theme so much. But what we love slightly more is the great customer service. We've recently upgraded to Shopify 2.0 and have had quite a few teething issues. We Are Underground have always replied fast and with very succinct answers to my questions. For trickier issues, they've also logged on for us and tweaked the code which is super helpful. Can't thank these guys enough!

Love the look and feel of this theme. I'm in the middle of building my site, i've been using the trial version of the theme. I purchased yesterday but had a couple of 'User Errors' that i couldn't figure out. I emailed support and Tiffany responded sorting my issue within just a couple of hours. Gives me great confidence going forward. So far definitely so good
