We opted for the fetch theme as it looked to have a lot of the features we were looking for built into the theme. We had a few minor issues and support was excellent! You really want to be comfortable that when spending hundreds of dollers on a theme that you are not left high and dry and that there is support there if you need it. Highly recommend.
I spent a lot of time reviewing themes as this was to be my FIRST "paid for" theme for my shop. I had the best success customising this one to work and after a few days of trialing it, I purchased it. I noticed a glitch about a week in and reached out to technical support. Despite saying it could be a couple of days for a response, I had a response AND a fix within 1 hour. Happy customer here!

Fetch v2 comes with big performance wins, bug fixes, and a lot of other goodies under the hood! We’ve prioritized performance in this update and have made significant progress in reducing page load time. Behind the scenes, we’ve restructured the underlying architecture with Liquid Theme Components, bringing a number of developer experience improvements, better conventions and more modular code, as well as easier theme updates going forward.
