We've been using Flow for years! We're now looking to (finally!) update to a new version of this template (because we love it so much). Spencer, the founder at Eight Themes has been so amazing at answering all my questions (with REAL answers that pertain to my situation - not just generic links!). I'm so excited about all the new features, and look forward to using it for years to come.
I've been using Flow for around 5/6 years now and it's an amazing theme with everything you need. It's clean, fast and professional which are key factors in high-performing websites. But the most impressive part about the theme is the team behind it. They have always been so helpful with making custom edits to the site and we're truly grateful! Thanks
This theme is beautiful. It took a ton of talking to support to customize the things I needed, but the support was really amazing. I went back-and-forth with Dale so many times, but he was able to fix almost everything for me almost immediately. He was super patient as well.
Thank you so much for the lovely review! We’re really glad you’re happy with the theme and that Dale was able to help get everything looking and working the way you wanted. We’ll make sure your kind words get passed on to him. Thanks again for choosing our theme and for taking the time to share your experience.
Thanks for the efficent and nice customer support!
Thank you for the delightful review! The team and I really appreciate the feedback. We always aim to provide support that is both fast and friendly, so we're glad that we could make things easy for you. If you ever need a hand with Flow down the road, just let us know! We'll be here and more than happy to help!
The theme has been a great upgrade to an older theme we were using. Response from Dale and response team has been quick and thorough when needed.
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're really pleased Flow has been a worthwhile upgrade for you - that's exactly what we hope to deliver. I'll make sure Dale and the rest of the team hear your kind words too. Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything down the line!
We've used Flow theme for a few years and it works really well for us. If we ever have any problems the team are quick to respond and help fix things.
